Donna, there is a really good recipe for this

in that new cookbook you just got that i told

you about! Page#169 ~ pretty picture, too.

i like the recipe intro. It tells that in a Muslim

legend the Imam [or holy man] was so

impressed when he was served this dish

that he fainted from sheer delight. *lol*

Now that must mean this dish is really,

really good... or else that holy dude needed

to get out more! hehehe
