Guest guest Posted September 10, 2005 Report Share Posted September 10, 2005 Pumpkin Pineapple Bread Ingredients: 3 1/3 cups flour 3 cups sugar (white or brown) 4 eggs 1 cup oil 1 cup nuts, chopped 2 cups pumpkin 1 cup pineapple, crushed 2 tsp allspice 2 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp salt Directions: Mix flour, sugar, and dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, pineapple, and pumpkin. Beat well, then add nuts. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes in a greesed and floured pans.
