Guest guest
My old faithful recipe here. Enjoy this. Tofuna Salad 1 lb. firm or extra firm drained and frozen for 24 hrs. (makes it chewy) 1 stalk of celery, chopped 1 green onion minced (include the tops) 1/2 cup vegan or regular mayo of your choice cup 2 Tblspns. low sodium soy sauce (you can sub this with Braggs liquid amino) 1 Tblspn. lemon juice 1 tsp. kelp powder or kelp flakes (gives it the fishy flavor) * this is optional but I use it Thaw tofu and squeeze out the moisture. Crumble inot small pieces. Add celery and green onion. In small bowl mix together mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice and kelp powder. Add the tofu mixture and mix well. this makes 6 sandwiches or pita stuffers or eat on a bed of lettuce."In the present position of the planets, it's impossible to say;Just when I'll find my course again, with the boulders in my way.I should be rolling down the skyway on my cosmic wheels;Instead of stumbling down this highway on my boots of steel"Source: Cosmic Wheels by Donovan Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
