I have kelp granules.. I use them in my savory sauce.. just the tiniest bit.. maybe 1/4 tsp?? maybe 1/2.. i make tofu salad with frozen , thawed, steamed mashed up tofu with veganaise, nutritional yeast, red onioins, thyme, garlic, salt & pepper... oh, and parsley..
