You have ESP Susie, I had the bunch of Korean kale and made it this way and I'm eating it for lunch right now with steamed rice. It's delicious. The Korean kale is mild. I've never seen it before but I stopped in at a new Asian market and they had a ton of different types of greens. If you see this type of kale don't pass it up.
