Guest guest
Jenni, I make mock tuna salad all the time. I can post my tofuna salad if you like. It's basically drained mashed firm tofu (not silken) and you add vegan or regular mayo, chopped onion, chopped celery, salt & pepper and a little kelp powder or the finely chopped kelp you can get in a shaker small bottle from the Asian atore. I love to eat it open faced as a sandwich and cover with sprouts and sunflower seeds. It's also a great pita stuffer. DonnaJenni Billings <jenni wrote: you've got me thinking... I've never made Thai food.. but do love it.. I wonder if Kelp could be added give it a 'fishy' flavor???"In the present position of the planets, it's impossible to say;Just when I'll find my course again, with the boulders in my way.I should be rolling down the skyway on my cosmic wheels;Instead of stumbling down this highway on my boots of steel"Source: Cosmic Wheels by Donovan
