Guest guest
A warm welcome in. I have no idea what a tiropitta is but I'll bet there is a member that might be able to help you with this. I have been to raw food dinners and alsmot took a class in raw food preparation. Life got in my way and I wasn't able to do it. Waving towards Ireland! My name is Wendywoo and I have some experience of veggie food having, for some few years been a Raw Diet aficionado. Not so much cooking though. I am already fascinated with the bell pepper pie I saw here. If there is a Greek cook amongst us I should like a really good version of 'tiropitta'. I use Greek ingredients since I spent five years in Greece and my favourite is Yaorti (Greek yoghurt made from sheep's milk).
