Guest guest
hi jenn, i love thai food. depending on the dish, you can sub salt or soy sauce for fish sauce in a recipe. salt works well in soups and curries, and soy sauce in sauces or salads(although it doesn't come close to the same flavor as fish sauce). i have heard that there might be such a thing as vegetarian fish sauce, but i have never found it. when i get a chance, i'll post some of my favorite thai recipes. susie --- Jenn <jj_73molly wrote: > Hi everyone. Guest guest
forget the veggie fish sauce, go with the curry pastes, just be careful, and they can be hot, some of them anyway, so always go with less and then you can add more.
