Guest guest
Thanks for the information on Thai. I figure by the time I get this stuff right, the girls will be ready to eat with us. I'll definitely have to tone it down then or make two batches But I can't wait to make it. I cut a recipe out of my family circle that came last month. It was Thai Ch*ck*n. Of course I substituted tofu for the meat. But, the recipe was so bland. Mom reminded me who the audience is for family circle. Troy and I were very disappointed with that recipe. Have a great saturday. I'm off to make apple pie and peanut butter oatmeal jumbo cookies this morning. I can't wait for fall, can you tell? Guest guest
Yeah I know. I see so many things these days that say Thai this or that and ughhhh. My favorite Thai yuckinesses are the bottled Thai peanut sauces and marinades, to die for...literally. One good Thai product is the taste for Thai peanut sauce mix in the package, but it needs some altering to taste authentic, you MUST add your own peanut butter to it. If my aunt saw all the Thai products that are out these days she would be rolling in her grave. Well... not actually because she was cremated, but that's another story. :oD One good thing is the availability of the Thai pastas and rices these days. Ic an get them at the supermarket, whereas back in the day we had to go to Chinatown. blessings, Chanda - Jennifer Saturday, September 10, 2005 8:46 AM Re: Thai Donna, Chanda Thanks for the information on Thai.
