1 chopped onion

1/2 cup tub-style light cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 T salsa

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1(1/4-inch-thick) sliced tomato

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

2 tablespoons finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Remove large stems from spinach. Tear

water; drain. Set aside. Place a large Dutch oven coated

with

cooking spray over medium heat until hot. Add onion; saute 3

minutes.

Add spinach; cover and cook 2 minutes or until spinach wilts.

Add

additional minute or until cream cheese melts. Add salsa and

in

a single layer on top of spinach and sprinkle with bread crumbs and

Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

-- Ask the experimenters

why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals

are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally OK to experiment

on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal

experimentation rests on a logical contradiction.
