My favourite is Quorn, but as another poster said, I'm not sure if it's available outside the U.K. Since it became available I've started to cook a lot of traditional meat based dishes such as Beef Bourginion and the results are very good. TVP always tasted like cardboard no matter how I cooked it.

 

I also like the Linda McCartney range of pies, sausage rolls, but I think they are also only available in the U.K.

I went to the web site for Quorn and found that they plan on launching their product in the US during January 2002! I plan on getting some then!
