Both my husband and 4 yr old gave them a thumbs-up. Carrot-Oat Patties 2 onions, minced 1 cup quick oats 1 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs 1/4 cup chikpea or soy flour 1 Tbsp. tahini 1/2 tsp each: thyme, sage, garlic powder, marjoram 1 cup grated carrots 1/3 cup hot water 1 Tbsp soy sauce Mix together and form patties.
