Lemon Pie

                    Lemon Pie

2 cups pineapple juice

1/2 tsp. salt

1/3 cup Fructose

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 cup orange juice

7 tbs. cornstarch

1 tbs. lemon zest

1 prepared and baked pie crust

Your favorite topping

Mix first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil. While that is heating,

mix orange juice and cornstarch. Add to boiling mixture. Mix til

ingredients thicken. This will happn very quickly. Take off burner. Mix

in lemon juice and zest.

Fill pie shell. Put on topping. Chill and serve.
