Guest guest Posted October 15, 2001 Report Share Posted October 15, 2001 Lemon Pie 2 cups pineapple juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup Fructose 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 cup orange juice 7 tbs. cornstarch 1 tbs. lemon zest 1 prepared and baked pie crust Your favorite topping Mix first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. While that is heating, mix orange juice and cornstarch. Add to boiling mixture. Mix til ingredients thicken. This will happn very quickly. Take off burner.
