At 10:30 am, I tasked.

 

 

I had explained to her the significance of the Awaiting Invoice Report and

why I use the report. I had explained to how to read the report and what has

to be done. I had instructed her to look up the shipment numbers only. Her

first reply was I already know how to do that and she showed me, and I said

no, that is not how you look up shipment numbers.
