Married 12 years (together 15) to DH who was was also vegetarian when we met. We have two vegetarian children, ages 3.5 and 9 months. DH is a good cook, I'm not. Can't seem to get the hang of cooking. So, between that and being an AP SAHM, I'm always looking for easy, delicious dishes.
