Guest guest Posted October 4, 2001 Report Share Posted October 4, 2001 WHIPPED " CREAM " 3/4 c. Soy Milk ( " Silk " , vanilla) 1/2 c. Soy Milk (powder, vanilla, Better Than Milk) 1 Tbsp. Rice Syrup 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 tsp. Coconut (extract) 1/2 tsp. Emes Gelatin (vegan) 1/4 c. Canola Oil 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice Instructions: Slightly heat 1/2 of soy milk in microwave and stir in Emes gelatin. Let set while blending up the other half of milk, powder, sweetener, and extracts. Pour in milk and Emes. Blend on high and start slowly adding oil, then lemon juice. Put in fridge. This will thicken very nicely and is so rich, smooth, and creamy everyone will want more.
