Guest guest Posted October 2, 2001 Report Share Posted October 2, 2001 Pumpkin Cake 1 1/2 cups Pumpkin 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cloves 11/4 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs, beaten 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Cond milk(I used evap milk instead) i box Spice cake mix 11/4 cubes butter or margarine, melted 3/4 cup chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix first 9 ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 bake dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of pumpkin mixture. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle on chopped nuts.
