Guest guest Posted September 28, 2001 Report Share Posted September 28, 2001 TOFU BURGER LOAF 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup diced celery 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup uncooked quick oats 3 Tbsp. oil 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup tofu, mashed 1 cup vegetarian burger (TVP) 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sage 1 egg substitute (soy flour) 1 cup soy milk Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
