Guest guest Posted August 29, 2001 Report Share Posted August 29, 2001 Roasted Veggies Ingredients: 2 lbs red potatoes sliced in 4ths 1 red pepper, diced 1/2 head broccoli, chopped red onion chopped into large chunks 1/4 cup oil (I use olive) 1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix gallon size baggie Directions: Put all veggies in baggie, add oil and onion soup mix, shake till all veggies are covered evenly.
