Chocolate-Covered Banana Pops

2 large bananas,

peeled and cut in half

1/3 cup chocolate syrup

1/4 cup wheat germ

 

 

 

Kids aren't the only ones who'll love these creamy, chocolaty pops. Use ripe

bananas and make a double batch, so there are always some at the ready.

 

 

 

Insert a Popsicle® stick into the end of each banana half; dip into

chocolate, coating lightly. Sprinkle with wheat germ and arrange on

foil-covered tray; freeze about 2 hours. (Per serving: 140 calories, 2 grams

fat, 3 grams fiber)

 

 

 

 

Yield: 4 servings
