It will keep for days, and the flavor only improves! 2 pounds green cabbage, cored, and shredded 1 (4 ounce) turnip peeled and shredded 2 carrots peeled and shredded 2/3 cup minced red onion 4 Tablespoons minced parsley 4 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon honey 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 3/4 cups mayonnaise salt to taste Put all vegetables in a large bowl, whisk the honey into the vinegar and add the spices, then the mayonnaise.
