Guest guest Posted August 15, 2001 Report Share Posted August 15, 2001 Mock "Chicken"and Rice Bake Ingredients: 1 can 10 3/4 oz Organic Cream Of Mushroom Soup1 cup water 3/4 cup uncooked Basmati or Jasmine rice1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon pepper1 pound Tofu (firm) cut into cubesInstructions:In a shallow baking dish mix soup, water,rice,paprika,and pepper.Mix Tofu cubes into rice mixture.Sprinkle additional paprika and pepperCover and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
