You can add or substitute avocado, or julienne zucchini, mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds which have a lot of calcium etc! They are so satisfying, and low in fat. Vegetarian Wrap Sandwich1/2 head well rinsed romaine, torn into bite size pieces1/2 small red onion, sliced into thin rings1 cucumber, chopped, seeded and peeled2 sections any brand baked tofu slices, julienned1 small carrot, shredded.feta cheesesalt and pepperToss all this in a large bowl with your favorite dressing. Tahini dressing is great! Season to taste.Use a large whole wheat tortilla, lay a good amount of salad mixtureon and roll up like a burrito.
