Cashew Mushroom Alfredo Sauce over Noodles Recipe By :Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method-------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 onion -- diced 3 garlic cloves -- diced 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 bell pepper -- diced 5 cups mushrooms -- sliced thick 3 tablespoons fresh dill 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup cashew butter 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon tarragon 3 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos 1 teaspoon onion powder 2 teaspoons Spike seasoning 1 teaspoon garlic powder Saute onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil or water. Add pepper and cook until soft. Add mushrooms and a minute later, add dill and stir. In a blender, blend 1/4 cup of water with cashew butter and remaining seasonings. Pour over cooking vegetables.
