breads, Lori's Own Recipe

 

2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Water; or less - just to make do

 

knead dough

 

let dough rest

 

form big balls of dough

 

let rest

 

form four or five rounds from dough balls and cook one at a time on towah

[tower?] turning frequently. Let them " puff up " and cook on both sides a

little bit until done.

 

makes about five roti.
