Hello Everyone

My name is Cheryl (Burnaby,BC) and I'm new to this

list. I've been enjoying it immensely and look

forward to getting more great veggie meals here.

My question: I found a great looking recipe today for

Zucchini " Crab " cakes. The reviews on this recipe

rave that they taste so much like crab cakes even meat

eaters are fooled. Problem is, I planned on making

them this evening alongside my veggie stuffed peppers

but upon getting to the store found I couldn't find

Old Bay seasoning. It's said that it's this that makes

the cakes taste so good. I searched through two more

stores tonight and still, no Old Bay Seasoning.

I found a reference on the net for what goes into the

blend but no proportions. Can anybody help me so I can

make my own Old Bay and try these cakes?

Have to settle for just the peppers I guess tonight

but I've already bought the zucchini and tomorrow is

another meal. ;-)

Thanks

Cheryl
