Guest guest
Hello Everyone My name is Cheryl (Burnaby,BC) and I'm new to this list. I've been enjoying it immensely and look forward to getting more great veggie meals here. My question: I found a great looking recipe today for Zucchini " Crab " cakes. The reviews on this recipe rave that they taste so much like crab cakes even meat eaters are fooled. Problem is, I planned on making them this evening alongside my veggie stuffed peppers but upon getting to the store found I couldn't find Old Bay seasoning. It's said that it's this that makes the cakes taste so good. I searched through two more stores tonight and still, no Old Bay Seasoning. I found a reference on the net for what goes into the blend but no proportions. Can anybody help me so I can make my own Old Bay and try these cakes? Have to settle for just the peppers I guess tonight but I've already bought the zucchini and tomorrow is another meal. ;-) Thanks Cheryl Make international calls for as low as $.04/minute with Messenger http://phonecard./
