I am a lifetime " weight watcher " and at a very good weight.. but am always looking for filling low point snack food to fill up on. I came up with this simple salad that we can eat from here till yule with not an ounce to gain. I got all the ingredients from our local farmers market. lemon cuke salad Salad: 2 huge cucumbers 6 large radishes 1 large scallion Tomatoes, or any other chungy veggies you like Dressing: Red wine vineger juice of 1 whole lemon (or more!) Salt / pepper / garlic powder to taste put dressing on chopped veggies.
