Guest guest
Dear all Mostly I sleep on this list and read with interest - as recipes are added, ingredients and health benefits debated. But it's also great to hear other people's experiences of how to approach the sceptic - e.g.. elderly in-laws who believe without meat and two veg for tea they'll starve. I really confused all since I stopped eating poultry first - after a " treat " being taken to see the Xmas turkeys - kept in a dark stinking shed and all standing and defecating on each other's heads. I digress. Apologies . Recipes are great, but so is the debate - it's the human side, it's nice to know people - I just think we all need to pay more heed to the subject line of our messages - if it's a recipe - we should say XXXXXX[recipe] or xxxx{recipe amendment] or Advice on where to get soy products etc. or my experiences with meat eaters...then you can delete the chat you don't want and stick to recipes only if you wish - choose guys, this is a forum some have chosen to use for related discussion as well as just food itself, where one can ask questions - and receive good advice. E-mail can have tone - but like many I'm no literary genius and struggle with words & prose(I'm actually a scientist...what do you expect??), so I think we all need to be tolerant - the old principle of " do as you will so long as it harm none " My thoughts, Recipes I'll keep for a separate, labelled post. Thankyou all love Vicky
