I just made this (recipe below) for my " shake for lunch " . It tastes really

good! :) I am sure it is very high in protein too.

Lori's Soy Banana Protein Shake

 

beverages, Lori's Own Recipe, slim-fast, vegetarian

 

1 cup SunSoy soy milk

1 scoop Schiff vanilla protein powder

1/2 each frozen banana

1 packet splenda sweetener

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 each ice cubes

 

put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

tastes delicious!

 

calories per glass:

 

Sunsoy Soy Milk 80

Schiff scoop Protein Powder 60

Frozen half banana 50

Splenda sweetener 0

vanilla extract 0

ice cubes 0

=================

total = 190 calories
