Guest guest Posted July 31, 2001 Report Share Posted July 31, 2001 Watermelon Salsa 2 cups seeded and coarsely chopped watermelon 2 tablespoon onion, chopped 2 tablespoon water chestnuts, chopped 2-4 tablespoon anaheim chillies, chopped 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt Combine all ingredients and mix well.
