Guest guest Posted July 29, 2001 Report Share Posted July 29, 2001 Vegan Rosemary Roasted Potatoes With Garlic 8 potatoes, scrubbed and cut into quarters 3 tablespoons dried rosemary 2/3 cup olive oil (extra virgin) 4 cloves garlic, crushed Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Remember to keep the potatoes unpeeled. Dress the boiled potatoes in olive oil, rosemary, and garlic. Roast in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes.
