Guest guest Posted July 28, 2001 Report Share Posted July 28, 2001 Vegan Tofu With Garbanzo Beans 2 cans garbanzo beans, drained 1 10-ounce package tofu, cubed or crumbled 1 16-ounce can whole tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 onion, chopped 4 tablespoons of barbecue sauce In a saucepan, heat the onions, garlic, and barbecue sauce. Next, add the tomatoes. Stir constantly, making sure to mash the tomatoes against the side of the pan. Finally, add the beans, cinnamon, and tofu. Heat thoroughly before serving.
