Guest guest Posted July 27, 2001 Report Share Posted July 27, 2001 I have seen some recipes that call for TVP. Does that mean the prepared stuff like Yves Vegie Ground Round? OR is it something else? I would like to try the recipes but don't know what to buy. Also, I tried tofu for the first time yesterday. I marinated it in sesame oil and soy sauce. It tasted great! BUT I didn't like the texture. It was musshy. So I am freezing my next container to see if I like that better. Thanks for the help.
