Guest guest Posted July 27, 2001 Report Share Posted July 27, 2001 Vegetarian Spaghetti With Basil 1 pound spaghetti 3 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced 10 fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces 1/3 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain well. Combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil, vinegar, and seasoning in a large serving bowl. Toss the drained spaghetti while hot with the tomato sauce. Serve immediately.
