Apple Blueberry Crisp

4 Medium Granny Smith Apple -- peeled,

cored and sliced

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Blueberries

Topping

1 Cup Rolled Oats

1/3 Cup Soy Flour

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

4 Teaspoons Canola Oil

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Tablespoon Orange Juice

 

Preheat oven to 375.

 

Spray a 13x9 pan with Pam.

 

Mix apples w/ lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar. Press

into baking dish

and sprinkle with blueberries.

 

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle onto of fruit

filling.

 

Bake for 30 minutes or until crumbs look lightly

browned. Test apples

with a fork for tenderness.
