Guest guest Posted July 24, 2001 Report Share Posted July 24, 2001 Its very alike aloe vera. Its a great herb! You can use it for sooo much. I mainly use it for drinking. My stomage sings! It balances your ph to. But I also use it for my skin. (insect-bites, itching, infections) But.. Some aloe vera drinks in the store is not so good. The last one I bought, I didnt feel anything. You'll notice when you have bought a good one. One way is to check if its marked with " aloe vera association " (not sure about the name) Spirulina were before the vegans no1 b-12 source. But now it seems like the b-12 source isnt polite. Some drinks I do with spirulina tastes really good. But some dont. Seems like you have to take it with something sweet, like juice.
