Guest guest Posted July 23, 2001 Report Share Posted July 23, 2001 Vegetarian Low-Fat Tasty Tahini Dressing 1/4 c. tahini 2 tbsps. fresh lemon juice 6 tbsps. water 1 dash ccayenne Tahini, also called sesame paste, is available natural food stores. This is nice on fish, poultry, tofu, omelets or salads. Blend all ingredients together with wire whisk. Makes about 1/2 cup. Calories...27...Fat....2 g...Carbs...1 g...Sodium...1 mg... Fiber...0 g.
