Guest guest
Nah! You have to experiment a little. I have no problems substituting eggs. I use different things for different reciepes. Some of the substitues I use are, soy cream, soy protein powder and oil. The oil has the egg's consistency and soy cream and powder for binding. This list is not as I can see for vegans, so I think its kind of natural that diary and milk is included in the recipies. >Hi! >Well, some stuff you can't substitute >Like eggs.... unless you are baking something, then you can use bannanas. >I just thought it would be easier. I'll stay on a little longer and see what >comes my way. >I'd be happy to post some vegan dishes if anyone is interested >Like this yummy one:
Guest guest
I use the Enger-G egg replacer. Just 1 1/2 tsp of that with 2 tbs of water = 1 egg. It's great. >Nah!
