Nah! :) You have to experiment a little. I have no problems substituting eggs.

I use different things for different reciepes. Some of the substitues I use are,

soy cream, soy protein powder and oil. :) The oil has the egg's consistency

and soy cream and powder for binding.

This list is not as I can see for vegans, so I think its kind of natural that

diary and milk is included in the recipies.

I use the Enger-G egg replacer. Just 1 1/2 tsp of that with 2 tbs of water

= 1 egg. It's great.
