Hi Mary

 

Glad your staying

 

your tofu recipe loooooks g o o d

 

I'm going to try it when I get back from vacation.

 

Dancer put a spinach lasaganua recipe which was with

tofu that was very good I've already made it three

times, maybe she will put it on again.

 

Some of us like me are new to veggie eating, maybe you

could suggest some alternatives in the ingredients???

for us.

Hi Mary

 

Thanks for the tofu recipe!!!

Dancer put on a really good lasaganua recipe, made

with tofu.

 

Maybe when you do see an ingredient that can be

subsituted let us know.

 

Many of us might be very new to this like me.
