Guest guest Posted July 19, 2001 Report Share Posted July 19, 2001 1 prepackaged or home made pizza crust 3/4 c. hummus 2 md. tomatoes, sliced thinkly 3 pepperoncini chiles, drained, sliced 1/3 c. sliced pitted ripe olives 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese Heat grill. When ready to grill, place dough directly on gas grill over medium-low heat or on charcoal grill 4-6 in. from medium-low coals. Cook 4-6 minutes or until bottom of crust is golden brown. With wide metal pancake turner, turn crust over. Spread crust with hummus. Top with all remaining ingredients. Cook an additional 4-6 min. I use a Boboli crust and instead of hummus, I use pesto.
