Guest guest Posted July 18, 2001 Report Share Posted July 18, 2001 @@@@@ California Pasta Salad salads, pasta 1 package McCormick® Pasta Salad Vinaigrette Dressing Blend 1/4 cup olive oil, or vegetable oil 1/4 cup white vinegar 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked and rinsed 8 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and chopped* 1 cup plum tomatoes, chopped 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved Directions Combine Pasta Salad Vinaigrette Dressing Blend with oil and vinegar. Mix well. Toss with cooked pasta. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes or more.
