Hi everyone,

I have another question for the group. I have a friend who used to put flax oil on her cereal in the morning, and recnetly she started using flax seed, someone suggested that it would be better for her. When she ate it though it tasted bitter and made her sick. She then went to a health food store and asked someone about it and they just told her to go back to the oil. My question is, is there a difference between the oil and the seed? If so, what is the difference and is there anything she should be aware of?
