Creole seasoning 2 tsp. vegetable oil 1 cup diced onions 1 cup finely chopped celery 1 cup finely chopped carrots 3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Cook the rice according to package directions, adding the Creole seasoning. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, celery, carrots, peppers, and garlic and sauté until tender, about 6 to 8 minutes. Set aside.
