Guest guest
One of the best proteins available is SPIRULINA, make sure it is grown in pristine water. Royal Body Care has the best, It is a blue green algae that is sooooo great for vegetarians as it is a full protein and the best kind. It balances your ph When you swallow it, your body sings. It is easy to digest, non filling, but gives a very high energy lift. It is my morning breakfast with Kefir......... THE BEST for digestion and energy......... Sybill. I have d..... wish you well. I am transferring to another email.
