The easiest thing I've made is orange juice, a banana and some strawberries

in a blender.

I usually add a big spoonful of yogurt to orange juice, then add whatever fruits we have around. My teenage dd has this for breakfast every morning. It used to be so hard to get her to eat anything for breakfast before school! Bananas and strawberries are both kids' favorites, but they also like peaches in orange juice. I once tried adding wheat germ to dd's (ds is wheat allergic) but she didn't like it. My mom used to add a raw egg, and I had that for breakfast for years without any problems (of course, what they do with eggs is so much different now!).

Try adding some some quick oatmeal (uncooked) to any of your favorite

combinations.
