Guest guest Posted July 17, 2001 Report Share Posted July 17, 2001 Vegetarian, Low-Fat Creamy Tofu Dressing 1 c. firm tofu, sliced 1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano 1/4 tsp. dried leaf marjoram 1 large garlic clove, minced 3 tbsps. balsamic vinegar 2 tbsps. low-sodium soy sauce 3 green onions, chopped 1 lemon, juice with plup 1/4 c. water, about Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistencey. Process until smooth. Makes 2 cups. Calories per tbsp...9 g...Fat...1 g...Carbs...1 g...Protein...1 g...
