Guest guest Posted July 16, 2001 Report Share Posted July 16, 2001 Vegetarian Italian Bean-And-Tomato Salad 1 1/2 cs. romaine lettuce, shredded 1/2 c. tomato, seeded, coarsely chopped, unpeeled 1/2 c. great northern beans, canned, drained 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed 1/4 tsp. pepper, fresh-ground 2 tbsps. low sodium vegetable broth 2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. olive oil Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently.
