Guest guest Posted July 12, 2001 Report Share Posted July 12, 2001 Vegetarian Low-Fat Black Bean And Corn Chili (high fiber) 16 ozs. mild picante sauce 15 ozs. black beans, drained and rinsed 8 ozs. tomato sauce 1 c. frozen corn 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1 c. reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese or taco cheese 2 tbsps. low-fat sour cream, optional In medium saucepan, combine picante sauce, beans, tomato sauce, corn and cumin. Bring to boil; reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Divide among serving bowls; top with cheese and sour cream. Makes 4 servings. Calories...291...Fat...4 g...Fiber...6.2 g.
